General Terms and Conditions of Seloria Beauty GmbH

Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "AGB") of Seloria Beauty GmbH (hereinafter "Seller") apply to all contracts for the delivery of goods, which a consumer or entrepreneur (hereinafter "Customer") concludes via our online shop www.snsnailsgermany.de (hereinafter "Online Shop") with us as the Seller regarding the goods displayed in our online shop. Unless otherwise expressly agreed, the Customer's own terms and conditions do not apply, even if we do not specifically object to their applicability in individual cases.

Consumer, in the sense of these General Terms and Conditions, is any natural person who concludes a contract for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or self-employed professional activity. Entrepreneur, in the sense of these AGB, is a natural or legal person or a legally capable person partnership that acts in the course of their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

  2. The product representations contained in the online shop of the seller do not constitute binding offers from the seller, but serve to submit a binding offer by the customer.

  3. By placing an order via the integrated online order form in the seller's online shop, the customer can submit a binding offer to purchase the relevant product. After selecting the desired items and completing the electronic ordering process, the customer submits a legally binding offer by clicking the final "Buy Now" button, which concludes the ordering process. Furthermore, the customer can submit the offer by telephone, email, postal mail, or via the online contact form.

  4. The seller can accept the customer's offer within five days by sending the customer a written order confirmation or an order confirmation in text form (email) (the receipt of the order confirmation by the customer is decisive), or by delivering the ordered goods (the receipt of the goods by the customer is decisive). In case of doubt, the contract comes into effect at the earliest of the aforementioned alternatives. The deadline for accepting the offer starts on the day after the customer sends the offer and ends on the fifth day following the sending of the offer. If the seller does not accept the customer's offer within this period, this is considered a rejection of the offer, and the customer is no longer bound by their declaration of intent.

  5. The contract text is stored by the seller and sent to the customer along with the current general terms and conditions (AGB) in text form after the customer submits their order. Additionally, the contract text is archived on the seller's internet site and can be freely accessed by the customer through their password-protected customer account in the Login area, provided the customer has created a customer account in the seller's online shop before placing their order. The customer can view the AGB at any time - even before the contract is concluded - via the AGB link, download it, print it, or save it. The contract language is German.

  6. During the electronic ordering process, the customer can avoid possible input errors by carefully reading and possibly using the browser's zoom function. Until the final click of the order button, i.e., the completion of the ordering process, the inputs can be corrected using keyboard and mouse functions.
